  The drive thru is fast and efficient, and my beverage was made properly.
  They are still using plastic straws straws which is very concerning to me as a lover of our earth and ocean creatures.
  If they switch to sippy cups and ditch the earth killing straws they would be 5 stars.

  Since this Starbucks is across the street from my house, I tend to come here often!
  I've never had a bad experience. I usually go through the drive thru and although it can get a little busy sometimes, I feel like I am always served quick & efficiently.
  The last time I drove through, Rebecca helped me and she was so sweet! Even though it was busy, she chatted with me and made sure to ask how my day was. She was quick to get my drink for me and had a great attitude.
  It was a wonderful start to my Monday morning :)

  I absolutely love this location! The baristas always have a smile on their faces and seem like they love their job! The two shifts Alec & Courtney always greet me with a smile and make sure that I have the best experience when I come in. I love this location and you can tell that their store manager cares about the quality of service they are providing. I will always come to this store whenever I am in Ventura County!

  This Starbucks  bar none the worst  I like to go here because it's convenient close to my home every time I go seems to be an issue , mobile ordered a breakfast sandwich totally squished and sitting. In water on the counter . Also have numerous times mobile ordered only to arrive and find out they are out of what I ordered . Customer service is terrible really terrible !!! They don't care ever ignore  shame on you  !

  I've been to this location several times and get a different experience each time.
  
  Today, it was super crowded but still well staffed. I ordered one drink and two sandwiches which came in a reasonable time. I also bought two drinks from the cold case.
  
  Realized the drink was wrong when I got in the car but I had to get going and had little ones so there was no solution. Also, it was more than 50% ice for an iced drink.
  
  Employees were moderately helpful and friendly considering I had to juggle a few things. I guess it depends whose shift it is when you visit.
